Leadership is so important for any country or organization to succeed. John C. Maxwell provides essential concepts in his book (THE 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP) so that if any leader follows them, he or she has a great chance to be an effective leader.

The nineteenth law is called (The law of Timing) and it states that when to lead is as important as what to do and where to go.

The important points under this law are the following:

- A leader who takes the wrong actions at the wrong time will surely face negative consequences.

- If you do the right thing at the wrong time, you may still be far from achieving success because the people you lead may resist what you do.

- The timing of good leadership requires understanding, maturity, confidence, decisiveness, experience, intuition and preparation.

- When the right leader and the right timing come together, great things happen. Organizations achieve their goals, get amazing rewards, gain momentum, and success is almost inevitable.

- Understanding the situation and knowing what to do in it is not enough for success. If you want your company, department, or team to progress and succeed, you have to pay attention to the issue of timing.

Taking care about the right timing of doing things is so important for leaders since it will take them to success.

Is leadership really an important subject? Why do developed countries and successful organizations care about leadership and spend a lot of effort and money to teach and train people about it? I believe that reading John C. Maxwell books about leadership will provide clear answers to these questions. In his book (THE 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP), there are many useful concepts about leadership.

The eighteenth law is called (The law of Sacrifice) and it stated that a leader must give up to go up.

The important points under this law are the following:

- The life of a leader can be magical to outsiders; however, the truth is that leadership requires sacrifice. A leader must sacrifice in order to rise.

- If you want to be the best leader you can be, you have to be willing to make sacrifices to lead well.

- The essence of leadership is to put others before oneself. The essence of leadership is doing what is best for the team.

- If leaders have to sacrifice to get higher, they have to sacrifice more to stay higher.

- The higher you lead, the more and more the price you have to pay. It is not important here what kind of leadership. You will have to make sacrifices.

This law must be understood well by all leaders in order not to be shocked at any stage.
