Episode 95 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode which is the last one about the book (15 INVALUABLE LAWS OF GROWTH) written by John C. Maxwell. The book insists on the importance of the growth to reach one's potential.

In this episode, I will talk about the fifteenth law which is (The Law of Contribution) and it states that 'Developing yourself enables you to develop others'. The important points under this law are the following:

- If you work on learning or acquiring something, you have the ability to pass it on to others. 

- When you focus more on the needs and wants of others, you will see a greater amount of your own needs met.

- You can have everything you want in life if you help enough people get what they want. 

- What you do to help others grows them enough to be able to help others, too. It's a cycle that can continue long after you're gone.

- The measure of success is not the number of people you serve, but the number of people you serve. 

- If you plant and only expect quick results in life, you will usually be unhappy with the results and will not be able to continue giving.

- Sometimes the seeds you plant take a long time to grow, but you will always reap a harvest.

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (15 INVALUABLE LAWS OF GROWTH) book written by John C. Maxwell. The books insists on the importance of growth to reach one's potential. 

In this episode, I will talk about the fourteenth law, which is (The Law of Expansion). It states that 'Growth always increases your capabilities'. The important points under this law are the following:

- The only way to increase your inner power is to change the way you work toward personal growth. 

- The most common reason people can't overcome difficulties is because they don't challenge it enough.

- You can change your thinking, you can believe in your potential, and you can use failure as a resource to help you realize your potential. 

- The greatest challenge you will ever face is to expand your mind.

- If you only change the way you think and neglect to change your actions, you will never be able to realize your potential. 

- The first step on the road to success is to become skilled at what you know how to do.

- To distinguish yourself, to be noticed, and to do your work, you need to do more and grow. 

- Life is a huge canvas for painting and you should throw all the colors you can on it.

- The greatest miracle of all is that we don't have to be tomorrow what we are today, but we can improve if we use our potentials that Allah has planted within us.
