Episode 101 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (THE LEADERSHIP HANDBOOK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book provides important lessons and concepts for leaders to be successful and effective.

The fifth lesson of the book is (Never work a day in your life). The important points under this lesson are the following:

- When a person lacks passion, life can become very boring, and everything is done out of necessity rather than desire.

- Passion keeps us going when others decline, and it moves on to others, encouraging them to follow us.

- Without passion to keep us going during difficult times, people don't make the most of their opportunities and never reach their potential.

- If a team starts strong but has a weak and unmotivated leader, it will eventually become weak and unmotivated.

- If you have the will to win, you're halfway to success. If you don't, you're halfway to failure.

- The greatest job is the one where you don't know exactly where the line between work and play lies.

Episode 100 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (THE LEADERSHIP HANDBOOK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book provides important lessons and concepts for leaders to be effective and successful.

The fourth lesson of the book is (When someone kicks you from behind, know that you are in front). The important lessons under this lesson are the following:

- When you're at the front of the crowd, everything you do attracts attention.

- You can easily avoid criticism by saying nothing, doing nothing, or being nothing.

- When a leader is criticized, what really triggers negative feedback is the leadership position, not the person.

- To be the best person and leader you can be, you must be yourself. Work to become the best version of yourself you can be.

- True confidence comes from knowing and accepting yourself, your strengths, and your limitations.

- People who feel secure almost forget about themselves so they can focus on others. In doing so, they can withstand almost any type of criticism.

- As leaders, we should always be serious about our responsibilities, but it is unhealthy for us to take ourselves too seriously.
