Leadership is one of the most important factors that affects people, organizations and countries. I chose this time to talk about one of the useful books I read in leadership field, that is (THE 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP) written by John C. Maxwell.
The first law is called (The law of the Lid) and states that Leadership ability determines one's level of effectiveness.
The important points under this law are the following:
- Anyone can success; however, success without ability to lead will provide limited effectiveness.
- The higher you want to be, the more you need leadership.
- If person's leadership ability is high, the organization lid will be high also. The opposite is true.
- In sports organizations, talent is not an issue as there are many talented people. Leadership is the main issue.
This law is very important for leaders and others due to its high impact. This is why the author placed it as the first law.
