Episode 65 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode about (THE 17 INDISPUTABLE LAWS OF TEAMWORK) book written by John C. Maxwell. Teams exist in every organization; therefore, it is necessary to focus on it in order to achieve goals.

This book will provide a lot of useful and necessary concepts for teams to be effective and leaders to care about while leading teams.

In this episode, I will talk about the third law which is (The law of the Niche) and states that All players have a place where they add the most value. The important points under this law are the following:

- Having the right people in the right places is essential for building teams.

- If everyone is not doing what adds the most value to the team, you will not reach your potential as a team.

- You cannot build a winning team or organization if they do not know its vision, purpose, culture, or history.

- If you do not know where the team is trying to reach and why it is trying to get there, you cannot take the team to its full potential.

- As you work to establish a team, evaluate each person's experience, skills, temperament, mental attitude, passion, interpersonal skills, discipline, emotional strength, and potential.

- When you discover where you are, you will say: There is no place like this place in any way, so this must be it.

- The sign of a great team leader is putting people in their right places.

Episode 64 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode about (THE INDISPUTABLE LAWS OF TEAMWORK) book written by John C. Maxwell. Teamwork is one of the most important factors for success; therefore, successful organizations focus much on building and spreading the culture of teamwork.

This book will provide a lot of useful and necessary concepts for teams to be effective and leaders to care about while leading any team.

In this episode, I am going to talk about the second law which is (The law of The Big Picture) and it states that the goal is more important than the role. The important points under this law are the following:

- In fact, some people seem to believe that they are the whole picture: everything revolves around their needs, goals, and desires.

- In order to win in sports, team members must always keep the big picture in their mind. They must remember that the goal is more important than their role.

- If a team wants to achieve its potential, each player must subordinate his personal goals for the good of the team.

- Everything starts with a vision. You should have a goal. You cannot have a real team without one.

- When the matter is related to establishing a successful team, members will be everything.

- When you see the big picture right, you will serve the team faster.
