Welcome to this episode where we take about (15 INVALUABLE LAWS OF GROWTH) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book is insisting on the importance of growth to reach one's potential.
In this episode, I will talk about the fifth law, which is (The Law of Consistency) and it states that 'Motivation keeps you going. Discipline keeps you growing'. The important points under this law are the following:
- It does not matter how talented you are, it does not matter how many opportunities you have. If you want to grow, consistency is key.
- If you want to be more disciplined and consistent in your performance, you need to become more disciplined and consistent in your growth.
- To give yourself a strong chance to become consistent in your growth, start by leveraging your personality type to get started.
- When you make too many attempts in a short time, you almost guarantee that you will not achieve the results you want, and that is demotivating.
- If you want to gain momentum and improve your motivation, start by setting goals that are worth, but easily achievable.
- Knowing what needs to be developed and how it can be developed is crucial to consistency in personal growth, as is knowing why.
- Your life will never change until you change something you do every day. That means building great habits.
- If you adopt the habits of success, you will make success a habit.
