Welcome to this episode about (THE 17 INDISPUTABLE LAWS OF TEAMWORK) book written by John C. Maxwell. Focusing on teams is important for any organization in order to achieve its objectives.
In this episode, I will talk about the fourth law which is (The law of Everest Mountain) and states that As the challenge escalates, the need for teamwork elevates. The important points under this law are as follows:
- Nothing happens without a dream. In order for a great thing to happen, it requires a big dream.
- The fact is that your team should be as big as your dream. If it is not like that, you will not achieve it.
- Another fact is that when you form the right team, the dream will usually care about itself.
- The first step that needs to be taken with a team that is not achieving its potential is to help team members individually to grow.
- In some cases, all what is needed for a team is a talented person in a certain field to make the difference between success and failure.
- Helping a team to grow is hard and time-consuming; however, if you want to achieve your dream, you have no other choice.
