Episode 107 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (THE LEADERSHIP HANDBOOK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book provides important lessons for leaders to be successful and effective.

The eleventh lesson of the book is (Keep your focus on the main things). The important points under this lesson are the following:

- Successful leaders don't know everything, but they know who does them.

- For leaders, knowing the most important things is better than knowing everything.

- If you have the right person in the right place, you can keep your mind focused on the important things while your assistant thinks about everything else.

- Good leaders can't afford to be privy to every little detail of an organization. If they do, they lose their perspective and ability to lead.

- If someone misrepresents you, doesn't follow your approach, or does something unethical in your name, it will reflect badly on you personally and may tarnish your reputation.

- Keeping your mind focused on the essentials requires simplification. If you can simplify your life, you'll become more focused.
