Episode 108 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (THE LEADERSHIP HANDBOOK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book provides important lessons for leader to be successful and effective.

The twelfth lesson is (Your biggest mistake is not asking what you're doing wrong). The important points under this lesson are the following:

- The biggest mistake you can make is not asking what you're doing wrong.

- When it comes to success, it's not the number of mistakes you make, but the number of times you repeat the same mistake.

- The first step toward anticipating mistakes and learning from the ones you do make is to take a realistic look at yourself and acknowledge your weaknesses.

- Those who try to avoid failure at all situations never learn and end up making the same mistakes over and over again.

- Asking tough questions makes people think differently.

- Fear of telling leaders with potential problems that a course of action might lead to harming many work teams.

- Several good minds working together are always better than one mind working alone.

- If you're going to lead people, you need to give them permission to ask tough questions and challenge your ideas.
