Episode 76 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode about (THE 17 INDISPUTABLE LAW OF TEAMWORK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book will provide a lot of useful and necessary concepts for teams to be effective and leaders to take care while leading teams.

In this episode, I will talk about the fourteenth law which is (The law of Communication) and it states that Interaction is the fuel of action. The important points under this law are the following:

- A team can only succeed with good communication. Effective teams have teammates who are constantly talking to each other.

- Leadership rises and falls because of communication. You must be able to communicate in order to lead others effectively.

- Good communication is never one-way. The best leaders listen, engage, and then encourage participation.

- Communication that focuses on giving rather than receiving takes teamwork to a whole new level.

- The success or failure of teams depends on the way team members communicate with each other. If the interaction is strong, the actions teams take can be powerful.

Cooperation means (we). Working together means winning together. But a team does not work together unless it communicates.
