(Grow and Lead) Episode 1

From the day I read the first book of Mr. John C. Maxwell, I became a big fan of him. After that and whenever I went to Sharjah International Book fair, I was searching for his books and buying whatever I found useful. Actually, I found all his books useful, at least for those I read. 

Until now, I read more that 15 books for John Maxwell and there are lots to come. One may ask; why I became a fan of Mr. Maxwell's book? Indeed, there are several reasons for that:

1) I found that his books are focusing on positive VALUES which are needed for everyone wants to be success in his life.

2) When you read his books, you will feel that he is talking to you from his heart. This true feelings attracted me to his books.

3) His books are full of personal situations and stories. This is another great factor for attraction.

4) Finally, there are lot of qoutes and real stories supporting his statements. This will add great value to the book.

This is my opinion about his books and I'm sure many will agree with me since his books are sold by millions. Believe me, his books are very useful.

Accordingly and due to the knowledge I got from these books, I decided to share benefits of these books in order to transfer these knowledge to others. 

My objective for this sharing is to encourage reading Mr. Maxwell's book at first place. If not, at least to get the basic ideas and concepts from them.

I decided to call this series (Grow and Lead) since all of Mr. Maxwell's books are focusing mainly on two things: Personal Growth and Leadership, so it will be better for the series name to be on the same direction.

I will share in every episode some benefits from a book taking into consideration that I will cover each book in several episodes so that not much information will exist in one episode.
