Episode 111 (Grow and Lead)

Welcome to this episode where we talk about (THE LEADERSHIP HANDBOOK) book written by John C. Maxwell. The book provides important lessons for leader to be successful and effective.

The fifteenth lesson is (Leaders distinguish themselves in difficult times). The important points under this lesson are the following:

- There are times when a leader must step forward, take a courageous step, and not wait for others' approval.

- Every leader faces difficult times, and it is during these moments that leaders distinguish themselves and show their true character.

- If you are unwilling to take risks, then you are not truly suited to be a leader.

- You must be prepared to do the small things, the difficult things, and the unseen things. They prepare you for the big challenges

- No matter how difficult things get, a true leader will keep leading and never give up. No matter what storm blows.

- If you keep doing the right thing, you will keep gaining more responsibility, and the more responsibility you have, the more difficult decisions you will have to make.
