As we know that leadership is one of the most important subjects worldwide; therefore, countries and organizations pay big attention to this subject. Leadership is a journey, so each leader need to learn many things especially others experiences. This book will provide many important concepts that leaders require to be more effective and successful.
In the introduction, the author mentions the following points:
- Learning to lead effectively was a real challenge, but teaching others to lead effectively was an even greater challenge.
- The wise learn from their mistakes, and the wisest learn from the mistakes of others, but the wisest of all learns from the successes of others.
- There is one thing more painful than learning from experience, and that is not learning from experience.
- Leadership development is a process, and anything you can do to reinforce what you learn will help make it more sustainable.
